How will my ebooks be delivered?

Your ebook is delivered automatically upon purchase by email from BookFunnel. If it hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, please check your Spam folder — or if you use Gmail, your Promotions tab.

Please ensure you check the email address you used at checkout, as the book will be delivered there.

Your BookFunnel Library

Log into BookFunnel at my.bookfunnel.com using the email address you used at purchase to access your full library.

How will I read my ebook?

Ebooks can be read on Kindle Fire tablets (2015 or later), Nook tablets (2014 or later), Kobo eReaders (excluding Kobo Aura), Apple devices via Apple Books (iOS 10+), Android phones and tablets (Android 5.1+), and on desktop via Chrome or Firefox.

Not supported: E-ink Kindles (Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis), NOOK Glowlight, Kobo Aura, Internet Explorer, or older NOOK and Kindle Fire models. If you have one of these devices, we recommend reading via Chrome or Firefox on a computer.

How will my paperback be delivered?

Paperback orders are printed and shipped via Bookvault using Standard Tracked Delivery. Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. UK delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. Print time is approximately 72 working hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay and Google Pay.
