When you create an account on our Site, you agree to be solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account. All personal information you provide must be up to date, accurate, and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Goods

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of ebooks and print books available on our Site. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will issue a full refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods: Shop Pay, Google Pay.

Shipping and Delivery

Digital goods are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel to the address used at checkout. Please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.

Print books are shipped via BookVault. Print time is approximately 72 working hours. UK delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch via Standard Tracked Delivery.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address as a result of inaccurate information provided by you.

Refunds and Right of Cancellation

Digital Goods (eBooks): By placing your order and checking the agreement box at checkout, you provide your explicit consent for the immediate delivery of digital content. You acknowledge and agree that once the digital delivery or download process via BookFunnel has begun, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (right to cancel or request a refund) under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refunds do not apply to digital goods. An exception is made for duplicate purchases made within 48 hours of the original order, in which case the duplicate will be refunded.

Physical Goods (Paperbacks): For physical goods, there is no return for change of mind. Returns are exclusively accepted for faulty or damaged items if reported within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking number. The item must be unused, unread, and in the same condition that you received it. To request a return, email hello@angalaeditions.com with the subject line 'Returns', including your full name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the fault or damage. Once we review your request, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. If a return shipment is required, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies where relevant and cannot be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

Angala Editions and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

By using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Angala Editions and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under applicable laws, that provision will be deemed void and removed. All other provisions will remain valid.
