Shipping policy

When you purchase from angalaeditions.com, goods are delivered as follows:

Digital goods are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel to the address used at checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.

Print books are shipped via BookVault using Standard Tracked Delivery. Paperback orders are printed on demand and typically dispatched within 5 business days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Average delivery times from order date:

• UK: 7–9 business days (2–4 business days dispatch + 2–4 business days delivery)
• Europe: 5–10 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Free tracked shipping on UK orders over £20.

EU orders under €150: VAT is included at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments Please inspect your physical order upon receipt. If your print book arrives damaged or faulty, this must be reported to us with photographs within 7 days of the tracked delivery date.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address as a result of inaccurate information provided by you.
