Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applicable consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
How to submit a withdrawal request
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@angalaeditions.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to withdraw from
We will acknowledge your request promptly and provide instructions for returning the item(s) if applicable.
Important notes
- Physical books (paperbacks): The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition at your own cost. If your paperback arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of receipt under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Digital products (ebooks): By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Return costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning physical goods unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Once we receive your withdrawal request (and returned item where applicable), we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
